How can I place an order online?

You can place an order directly on ardh.world.

Simply choose your piece, select your size, and add it to your cart. Once you
proceed to checkout, you’ll be guided through a secure payment process to
complete your purchase.

Each order confirms your part in Ardh’s journey — your chosen relic will be crafted, prepared, and sent to you with care.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it immediately begins its preparation
process, and changes or cancellations are not always possible.

However, if your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will do our
best to accommodate your request.

your order number and details.

I can’t complete my order — what could be the reason?

If your payment is not going through or your order is not completing, it
may be due to:

• Repack the item in its original (or similar secure) packaging
• Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label (ensure previous labels are removed or covered)
• Contact your courier to arrange a pick-up or drop off your return at the nearest location.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. All returns must be shipped from the same country or region where the order was purchased.

Once your return arrives at our ateliers, our Quality Assurance team will verify the items before accepting the return. This process usually takes 3–7 business days. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund or the shipment of your exchange.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be initiated online through our website.

• If you decide to return an order online, you may place a new purchase simultaneously.
• Refund timing will depend on the payment method used for the purchase.

Lost or Missing Documentation

Return Status

Other Considerations

If you decide to keep your order after submitting the Return Form, you do not need to contact us — your request will automatically expire after 14 days.

Returns from different orders cannot be combined to ensure timely processing.
